Things to do while at Pranavam

Let your children get down and muddy discovering Mother Nature. Go on a plantation tour, go cycling, do angling, zipline down the tea plantations. Hike the Chembra Peak, one of the highest peaks in the Western Ghats at 2,100 m above sea level. A short drive away are the Edakkal Caves, Pookode Lake, Kanthanpara Waterfalls and Banasura Sagar Dam. Very often herds of elephants, deer, boars and peacocks can be spotted on and off the highway between Muthanga and Bandipur. Touring the tea gardens and observing the making of tea at factories is also an interesting option.
